The Brat Hot Tub with Peppers and Vidalia® Onions

Beer is the secret ingredient in these brats with peppers and Vidalia® onions! These are bound to steal the show at your next cookout or tailgate!

Ingredients
  • 1 package Johnsonville® Brats
  • 1 medium RealSweet® Vidalia® onion, sliced
  • 1 pepper (any color you prefer), sliced
  • 1 Large aluminium foil pan
  • 2 or 3 cans (12 oz. each) beer
  • 2 T. Butter
  • Mustard, as desired
Instructions
  1. Place the pan directly on the grill.
  2. Pour in the beer and add the butter, onions and peppers
  3. Grill your brats to a juicy, golden-brown perfection.
  4. Top with onions, peppers and mustard, and serve immediately to your hungry guests.
  5. Place any remaining brats into the steaming hot tub.
  6. For seconds or thirds, grab a brat and toppings out of the hot tub and enjoy!
