Southern Sausage Cheese Balls with Vidalia Onions

Another southern favorite! These tasty Sausage Cheese Balls have only 5 ingredients and are ready to enjoy in 35 minutes or less. Make sure to carry them to your next gathering! 

  • 2 lbs. Uncooked sausage
  • 1½ c. All-purpose baking biscuit mix
  • 16 oz. (or 4 cups) Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ c. Finely chopped RealSweet® Vidalia onion
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 1” balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake the sausage cheese balls until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
