Grilled Bratwurst with Sweet Onions
You can tell summer is here by the BBQ and tailgates everywhere. And nohing says tailgating like grilled bratwurst or sausage with Vidalia onions piled high. Fire up the grill and add any other condiments you would like. Try pairing with our Potato Salad or Baked Beans.
Ingredients
- 6 links of bratwurst or Italian sausage
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- 1 package of hot dog buns
- relish, mustard, ketchup of your choice
Instructions
Grill bratwurst until cooked through. Top with diced sweet onions and any other condiments you like.
