Farmers Chopped Salad with Vidalia® Onions

This chopped salad with Vidalia onions has a ton of flavor and textures and is loaded with nutrients and vitamins to keep you going all afternoon long. 

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 12 ounces cooked ham, diced
  • 1 seedless European cucumber, chopped
  • 1 lb. frozen petite or baby peas, thawed and drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup RealSweet® Vidalia® onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Toss gently to coat with dressing. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to four hours. Toss again before serving.
