Harvest Veggie Crunch Salad

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons buttermilk
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 fresh garlic clove, minced

Dressing Instructions:

  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Let sit for 15 – 20 minutes for flavors to blend.
  3. Stir just before adding to salad.
  4. Refrigerate remaining dressing for up to two weeks.
