Farmer’s Chopped Salad

- 3/4 cup Marie’s Creamy Ranch Dressing
- 12 ounces cooked ham, diced
- 1 seedless European cucumber, chopped
- 1 lb. frozen petite or baby peas, thawed and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup RealSweet® Vidalia® onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients.
- Toss gently to coat with dressing. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to four hours. Toss again before serving.
