Bratwurst and Vidalia Onion Hot Tub

Looking for an easy and delicious recipe for your next tailgate? Look no further than this bratwurst and Vidalia onion hot tub. It's easy to pull together and will definitely impress all of your guests. 

Ingredients
  • 1 large 11x9x2⅜ inch aluminum foil baking pan
  • 2 to 3 cans (12 oz) of beer
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Vidalia onion, sliced
  • 1 package (24 oz) bratwurst or sausage
Instructions
  1. Put the aluminum pan on the grill. `
  2. Pour in the beer and add butter and sweet onions.
  3. Grill bratwurst or sausage until browned and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  4. Serve immediately and place any remaining bratwursts/sausage into the steaming aluminum pan (hot tub) to serve later.
